Terms and Conditions

Kindly read the terms and conditions before submitting a commission to ensure that there is no miscommunications and misunderstandings between the artist and client.

➶-͙˚ ༘✶General:
This section applies to all types of commissions★ It is strictly prohibited to use all works for AI generative purposes, examples: using the art for recreating the style, Feeding the art into a generator to create multiple versions, Using the art for training purposes, Using AI to enhance the art, Using AI to manipulate the art, etc.★ Art will not be made to promote discrimination and topics that falls under CSEM, Depiction of Abuse, Bestiality, etc.★ Any designs from an already existing source (i.e; design stolen by an artist, and any pre-existing characters that is owned by an IP such as “Princess Peach” “Aether/Lumine”) will be declined★All files will be sent through a google drive link★ I will not “replicate” other artist’s styles.★ Models come with 5 expressions, Crying, Angry, Threatening, Heart Eyes, Starry Eyes

➶-͙˚ ༘✶Payment
This section covers all payment procedures and exemptions.★ Any Illustration orders exceeding $300 can be distributed evenly in payment plans★ -Payment plans for models are accepted under the terms:
Payments reaching $300-$700 can be split into 50%/50% payments
Payments reaching $800+ can be split into quarterly payments★ Payments are through: PAYPAL/GCASH. All payments must be in USD (excluding Gcash which uses only PHP)★ Any human mistakes made by the client are under the client’s responsibility (Incorrect payment, emails, etc), Please be cautious and inform the artists before sending the payments.
★ If you have accidentally given more than what you should have paid for, please notify the artist so we can issue you the exceeding funds without any issue.★All payments in paypal must be sent through an invoice.
★ Kindly notify the artist if any issues arise before a payment/milestone. (ex; medical emergencies a few days before the next milestone)★ Refunds are not allowed once the sketch has been sent.

➶-͙˚ ༘✶Revisions
This section covers topics regarding resales, refunds, cancellations etc..★A maximum of 10 revisions for the sketch★Revisions after the flat colors will have additional fees. This includes changes such as: Add-ons, Changing the full shape of an asset, Drastic Changes, Asking the artist to redraw a whole piece,★Anatomical Errors will NOT be charged a revision fee. It is under the artist’s responsibility to control the quality of the model, This includes things such as: Improper Proportions, Wrong colors used,★Any missed details given in the references will not be considered an addition. Give out a proper reference with every detail you would like on the art/model★If there are any details that were not included in the references given and was only requested and shown after the sketch has been sent, additional fees will be applied★Any mistakes on the artist’s part (Improper cutting, wrong accessories, etc) after the delivery will be fixed as soon as possible, no fees added

➶-͙˚ ༘✶Delivery
This section covers the delivery dates and timezones.★ The first sketch will be sent within 1-7 days of the payment. If any issues arise on the artist's side (Emergencies, holidays, school etc). It is the artist’s responsibility to inform the client of any pushback on the delivery dates beforehand★ Models will be completed within 1-3 months★Illustrations (Depending on complexity) will be delivered within 1-3 months★Any deadline within 1-3 weeks will be considered a rush deadline and will be charged for a rush fee

➶-͙˚ ༘✶Resales and RefundsThis section covers topics regarding resales, refunds, cancellations etc..★ If there are no updates within the next 14 days before the first sketch is sent, you are able to request a refund.★Refunds are not allowed once the sketch is sent, A partial refund will only be accepted under the following conditions:
-Artists failing to comply with TOS (ex. Publicly showing a commission under NDA)
-Artist Behavior: If the artists shows disrespect and refusing to work with the client in a healthy and professional manner.

Resales:★Consult with the artist before deciding to resell a Vtuber Model★Models can only be resold 9 months after the delivery. (Models cannot be sold instantly)★Inform the artist of the new model owner so credit can be properly given.★Art and Models cannot be resold higher than the price it was initially bought★Resales are only allowed AFTER the model is used.
